In order to purchase products from the website, you will need to create a Caravanpro account prior to making a purchase.  You must also create an Caravanpro account to utilise certain functions of the website.

As an account holder you are required to provide Caravanpro with accurate personal information. Provision of another person's details as your own will not be deemed acceptable.


Any personal information collected by Caravanpro will not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to the or Brisbane Camperland business unless such a disclosure is authorised or required by law, or you have expressly consented to such a disclosure. Credit Card Information & Payment

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at will not be stored by Caravanpro and will be used once only to process the transaction securely using a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.

Credit card payments will be received by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s.

You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information, and such actions would be provide reason for to cancel and order, as well as an account.

Account Security

When creating an account with Caravanpro you will be required to provide a password. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

Each time you use the password, you will be deemed to be authorised to access and use the website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details.

If at any time you believe that someone has access to your password, you must notify Caravanpro immediately. 

Pricing and GST

All prices on the Caravanpro website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

GST is subject to change and users of the Caravanpro website will not be informed by Caravanpro if a change occurs.

All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this website are only valid online at the time shown.

Customer Communications

Caravanpro will communicate with you regarding your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address to Caravanpro for this purpose.

From time to time, Caravanpro will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your newsletter settings under 'My Account' or using the unsubscribe function in the electronic marketing communication.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by Caravanpro.

Caravanpro will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.

However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.

Caravanpro also reserves the right to cancel your order if:


  • You provide an unauthorised credit card
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
  • You provide invalid personal details
  • The product has become unavailable & we are unable to supply a suitable replacement within a suitable time frame

Caravanpro will notify you before cancelling your order.

Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination

If you breach these terms and conditions, Caravanpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the website.

If you are awaiting delivery of products, Caravanpro reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

Shipping & Delivery

Caravanpro delivers within Australia only. Some remote islands or isolated communities within Australia may also be excluded from our delivery services. If you are unsure, please contact the team at Caravanpro before placing an order.

Caravanpro will make best efforts to deliver products within 5 - 10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process, however will not be held responsible for delays incurred due to 3rd party related shipping delays. 

Caravanpro will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery time. 

The delivery cost for your product/s will be calculated at time of order as per Australia Post or TNT freight charges, as calculated using Caravanpro's nominated rate schedule, however the maximum shipping rates are as set out below:

The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you are not home when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post or TNT collection point for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you.

Order Processing

Upon receipt of your order, Caravanpro employees will make every attempt to process your order within 24 hours, however during times of business closure due to public holidays, Easter & Christmas closures, orders will be processed on the first available business day following these closures.

Status of Order

The status of your order may be obtained at any time by using your unique username and password to log in to the 'My Account' section of our website. You will also be able to view the status of any previous orders.

Postal Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched via Australia Post or TNT, a postal consignment number will be forwarded to your nominated email address, so that you can track the delivery of your parcel using either the Australia Post or TNT website. Caravanpro takes no responsibility as to the accuracy of the information provided by these websites.  

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as Caravanpro will not accept returns for incorrectly selected products. If we have supplied you with a product that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via telephone or email, so that we can organise the return and exchange of the product/s.

Caravanpro will accept faulty product returns and provide you with (at Caravanpro's discretion) a replacement for the product (subject to availability), an exchange, refund or repair, provided we are notified by email or telephone within 14 days of purchase. Caravanpro will not send a replacement product or make a refund until the original faulty or damaged product has been received back in store by Caravanpro.

Grounds for product returns are listed below:


  • The product delivered is faulty or not of merchantable quality, or
  • The product delivered is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product delivered does not match the description on the site

Returns Information

If you have notified of a faulty product within the suggested 14 day period, you are not liable for the postage cost of returning faulty products purchased on the website. Caravanpro will pay for a courier to collect your returns at a location convenient to you. Certain products may have individual return policies as stated in the product description.

When returning faulty goods, please download and complete our 'Faulty product returns slip', re-package the parcel in a manner that will prevent further transport damage, and address the parcel as below:

Products purchased through may be subject to individual manufacturers warranties. These warranties will be adhered to by Caravanpro and queries regarding the warranty of a particular product can be answered by our customer service team on (07) 3917 5555 or alternatively by email



Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to Caravanpro for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it. Please note that this does not include damage caused by the courier company or by the receiver whilst unpackaging or assembling of the product.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received by and are deemed to be faulty by our customer service team.

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy. will not consider requests for refunds after 14 days of purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service team.

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Australia Post, TNT or any other delivery company we select.

Vouchers and Promotional Codes may use vouchers or codes for promotional purposes. Vouchers and codes are issued in AUD, and may be attached to minimum order amounts, they may be single use or multiple use and are valid for a specified dates as indicated on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer unless otherwise specified by entering it during checkout on and by clicking "Apply Code".
