CaravanPro.com.au delivers within Australia only. Some remote islands or isolated communities may be excluded from our delivery services. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact the Caravan Pro team before placing your order.

Delivery Partners & Shipping Costs

We use Australia Post and selected freight carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently across Australia.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Product weight

  • Product dimensions

  • Carrier availability

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is finalised.

Delivery Timeframes

CaravanPro.com.au will make best efforts to deliver orders within 5–10 working days from dispatch to the delivery address provided during checkout.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Caravan Pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, peak delivery periods, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Authority to Leave & Signatures

Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order may be taken to the nearest Australia Post or nominated carrier collection point for pickup. A notification card will be left advising where your item can be collected.

Risk & Loss of Goods

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order has been handed over to Australia Post or the nominated freight carrier for delivery.
